Yes, we charge a flat-rate fee of $XXX for urgent callouts and after hours jobs within our service area. Additional fees may apply if we are required to travel outside of key service areas.

Yes, at Westco Plumbing Group, we’re committed to doing our part in reducing waste produced by the plumbing industry – that’s why we’re more than happy to collect, sort and recycle any old scrap pipes to prevent it from reaching landfill. 

Our plumbers work with numerous potential health and safety hazards on a daily basis so it is imperative that they wear the appropriate personal protective equipment to protect their safety when on a worksite and performing work. This often includes safety boots, which should be worn in most settings. For situations where footwear can not be safely removed, boot cover can be worn to protect your flooring.

If construction work is required, we can help arrange it or provide you with recommendations for contractors who may be able to carry out the work.

Our call-out fee for work performed between 7 am – 5pm on weekdays is $XX.
